Prof. (Mrs.) Cynthia Amaning Danquah obtained her PhD from The School of Pharmacy, University College London, United Kingdom. Her MPhil. Pharmacology and B. Pharm degrees were obtained from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana and she holds a certificate in Pharmacovigilance from the University of Groningen, Netherlands. She is a registered Pharmacist, a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana and a preceptor for the Rudolph Raabe College of Pharmacy, Ohio Northern University, Ohio, USA. She is also a member of the British Pharmacological Society (BPS), American Society for Microbiology (ASM), International Society of Pharmacovigilance (ISOP), West African Society for Pharmacology (WASP) and West African Network of Natural Products Research Scientists (WANPRESS). A research academic visitor to the University of Oxford and the University of Nottingham, UK. She is currently the Country Ambassador for the American Society for Microbiology.
